We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a good shower. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and close to the city center. The breakfast was good value and the staff were helpful.

We loved the comfortable beds and spacious showers. The location was convenient for our travels. Despite initial key card issues, the staff were quick to help and resolve the problem. we would recommend Best Western.

Clean and modern rooms. Big showers were a plus. The pizzas available in-house were great.
The beds could be a bit cramped, especially in double rooms. Some guests experienced issues with tepid water and had to wait for hot water.

This hotel is located in a convenient area near the train and bus stations. It is great for those on a budget with bus stops located outside that go directly to the underground for tubes that go to central London. The staff are attentive and the breakfast is delicious.
The rooms are poorly insulated, and noise from the hallway or other rooms can be disturbing in the middle of the night.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the prices were very reasonable, great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the rooms. The smaller windows didn't bother me as they still let in enough light. The wide bathrooms were a nice touch, and the very big TV inside the rooms was a bonus. Lastly, breakfast was included and had a good variety of options.
No major issues, everything was fine.
